How it works

From conversation to contribution

    Mentor helps a student

    Opt in, get matched, and work through a structured mentorship journey with goals and check-ins.

  2. 02

    A referral is made

    Share an opening at your company or refer the student directly through the platform.

  3. 03

    The student is hired

    The offer and start date are recorded, and the pipeline moves to verification.

  4. 04

    The hire is verified

    After a configured period — such as 30 or 60 days — the hire is confirmed and reviewed.

    A donation is generated

    BluLaunch creates a charitable donation to an eligible school fund in your name or a dedication name you choose.

  6. 06

    Impact is recorded

    Students helped, referrals, verified hires, donations generated and schools supported accumulate for life.

Donations are subject to verification, program rules and eligible-fund requirements. BluLaunch reviews every verified hire before a donation is approved, and no funds are disbursed outside an approved charitable process.
